Kala's Kuisine is a gourmet vegetarian food manufacturing company located in Austin, Tx.

For 11 years now, owner Kala Uprety, originally from Nepal, has created recipes that blend eastern spices into western recipes to create unique and delicious combinations of flavors. Originally she only offered nepalese/indian dishes, but has recently branced out into new categories including salsas and chutneys.
